Financial Statement, Board’s Report, etc. (1) The financial statement of the company, along with the Consolidated financials if the company having any subsidiary and associate companies shall be signed by And And In case of One Person company Only One director. The Signed financial statements to be submitted to the Auditor for his report on the Financial statements. (2) The Report given by the auditors of the company shall be attached to the every financial statement.
